Kerry Heaton Bio

Kerry is our Chief People Officer and is responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of Hg’s people strategy and driving operations and initiatives that impact our employee experience and company culture. Kerry is an experienced global HR leader and Executive Coach with specialism in Talent Management, Resourcing, Exec Development and Transformational Change. Prior to Hg, Kerry was formerly Global Head of Executive Talent for HSBC, where she spent 15 years coaching Executive Leadership teams to perform at their best and inspire their people.
