Ebenezer joined Hg in 2022 and is a Reward Business Partner. His responsibilities include employee compensation, benefits and carried interest across the firm. He has experience managing total reward in various industries and regions around the world. Before joining Hg in 2022, Ebenezer worked as a Compensation Consultant for United Health Group, managing the EMEA region. He also has prior experience managing reward in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors. Ebenezer holds a LLB in Law from the University of Kent, and a MSc in Human Resources Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London.
