Kevin Ryan Bio

Kevin Ryan joined Heritage in 2022 and serves as a Vice President for the firm. In this role, Kevin is responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Before joining Heritage, Kevin was Director of Business Development for Southern Orthodontic Partners, where he played an active role in growing the company from two doctors in one state to over 50 doctors across eight states through ~30 partnership acquisitions over a three-year period. Prior to this, Kevin was an Associate at Pharos Capital Group, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with over $1 billon under management. Kevin started his career as an investment banking analyst with Stephens, Inc., where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions across multiple industry verticals and assisted in the evaluation of investments for Stephens Capital Partners. Kevin graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He resides in Nashville with his wife and son.
