Jason Young Bio

Jason Young joined Heritage Group in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Heritage, Jason spent five years as Chief Financial Officer / EVP – Finance & Chief Compliance Officer at RedBird Capital Partners, a $3 billion private equity firm focused on growth investments across a broad range of industries. While at RedBird he oversaw the financial aspects of the firm’s investment partnerships, co-investment vehicles and management companies along with its SEC compliance program. Prior to RedBird, Jason spent 4 years at TPG Capital, a global private equity firm with $119 billion of assets under management leading its funds operations group and 5 years at KPMG, a global client services firm focused in its financial services audit practice. Jason has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond and is a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Nashville with his wife and two daughters.
