Ben Burnside Bio

Ben Burnside joined Heritage in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President for the firm. Before joining Heritage, Ben was an Associate with Ascension Ventures, a strategic healthcare venture fund focused on investing in healthcare services, healthcare IT, medical devices, and diagnostics. Prior to his time at Ascension Ventures, Ben was an Analyst at SVB Leerink where he worked on healthcare M&A and equity capital market transactions. Ben has a B.B.A. in Risk Management from the University of Georgia and a M.S. in Finance from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. He resides in Nashville with his wife and son.
