Maria Sidoli Bio

Maria joined H&F in 2019 and is a Principal. She advises on legal matters in Europe in relation to prospective investments and portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Maria was an associate on the private equity team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London, where she advised top-tier private equity funds on cross-border M&A, management incentivization and other corporate matters. During this time, Maria advised the firm on its Fund VIII investments in Europe and completed an eight-month secondment with our London team.
