Julia Kaufman Bio

Julia joined H&F in 2022 and is the Chief People Officer. She is responsible for the Firm’s talent strategy and people initiatives, as well as advancing an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance culture. Julia has over twenty years of talent and strategy experience, most recently as Global Head of Human Capital at Tishman Speyer. Previously, she was Chief Administrative Officer at Guggenheim Partners and has led recruitment and talent functions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. Julia began her career at Bain & Company where she spent over a decade leading client teams in a variety of strategic engagements.
