Judd Sher Bio

Judd joined H&F in 2012 and is the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all finance, accounting, and tax matters. Prior to H&F, Judd was a Principal with Deloitte Tax LLP in its M&A Transaction Services Group, where he specialized in advising private equity firms in tax due diligence, financial model review, and transaction structuring.
