Elaine Chirls Bio

Elaine joined H&F in 2021 and is responsible for advising on tax and accounting matters for prospective investments and portfolio companies in North America. Prior to H&F, Elaine worked in the M&A Transaction Services group at Deloitte Tax LLP in San Francisco, where she specialized in advising private equity firms on tax matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.
