Arrie Park Bio

Arrie joined H&F in 2004 and is the Firm’s Chief Legal Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s legal and compliance functions as well as advising on legal matters for prospective investments and portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Arrie practiced corporate and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York, where she specialized in a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and joint ventures. She also provided securities advice to public and private companies, including with respect to initial public offerings, financings and corporate governance.
