Alex McGregor Bio

Alex joined H&F in 2020 and is responsible for advising on tax and structuring matters in Europe in relation to prospective investments and portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Alex worked in the M&A tax advisory team at Ernst & Young LLP in London, where he specialized in advising private equity firms on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. During this time, he advised the firm on a number of its investments, including Verisure, Allfunds, Nets and TeamSystem. He is fluent in English and French.
