Karim Engeh Bio

Mr Engeh has 14 years of relevant professional experience. He joined Helios in July 2016 from KPMG Corporate Finance in Paris where he was Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department focusing on transactions across sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that he was a financial auditor within the Consumer Markets division at KPMG Audit and also served as Financial Controller at Mars Inc in Germany. Mr Engeh serves on the Boards of Directors of Solevo Holding BV and TPAY Mobile FZ-LLC. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Science in corporate and market finance from SKEMA Business School in France. A French national, Mr Engeh is originally from Cameroon and speaks French.
