John is a Partner at Heartwood Partners. His career has spanned both private equity and investment banking disciplines, and he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Heartwood Partners, he was a Principal with Family Capital Growth Partners, a private equity firm in Greenwich, CT and was concurrently a Vice President of de Visscher & Co., Family Capital's affiliated investment bank.
