Alex Schmidt Bio

Alex Schmidt joined Healy Capital in 2020. His primary responsibilities include new deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution, as well as working collaboratively with management teams post-transaction to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Alex has spent the entirety of his career working with companies in the middle and lower middle markets. Prior to joining HCP, he worked with TT Capital Partners, a middle-market growth equity fund, where he was tasked with new deal execution and portfolio company management activities. Prior to his investment roles, Alex worked at Lazard on sell-side middle-market M&A transactions. Alex holds a B.S.B.A. from Marquette University.
