Adriano has 15+ years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He is a former Director at Clearwater International Italy, he held a senior position at Vitale&co and he began his career in Nomura’s investment banking division of Milan. Adriano supported firms and entrepreneurs in several M&A transactions and debt restructuring processes across different sectors (Tech & Digital, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Energy, Aerospace & Defence, Real Estate) with the responsibility of the deal process, from origination to structure and execution.
