Stephan Hannebauer Bio

Stephan Hannebauer has been with Haspa BGM since 2015. He has more than 12 years of experience in the investment business. During this time, he has implemented various transactions for medium-sized companies in sectors including medical technology, logistics, and electrical engineering. He has worked with the entrepreneurs to strategically realign the portfolio companies, develop their organizational structures, and optimally position them in the market. Before joining Haspa BGM and the financial investor Capcellence Mittelstandspartner, Stephan worked as a management consultant at PwC, RSM EbnerStolz, and EY, advising medium-sized companies on transactions and restructurings. Stephan studied economics at the University of Hamburg and business administration at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, graduating with a degree in business administration.
