Carsten Röhrs Bio

Carsten Röhrs developed the founding concept for Haspa BGM in 1998 and, together with Maximilian Schilling, formed the BGM team into a successful investment company focused on German SMEs. He has more than 25 years of experience in the private equity business, during which time he has implemented numerous successful investment transactions, company sales, restructurings, and refinancings, as well as supported several IPOs. Before founding Haspa BGM, Carsten gained several years of entrepreneurial experience as managing partner of a medium-sized group of companies, which expanded nationwide under his leadership.
