Kevin Formica Bio

Kevin Formica joined Harvest in 2022 as a Principal of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal of CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he was an associate at Protostar Partners, a middle market private equity fund, and started his career at TM Capital in investment banking. He has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. Kevin currently serves on the Boards* of Adstra and Affinitiv and previously served on the Boards* of eDriving.
