Julie Casella Bio

Julie joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was the founder of a successful human capital consulting firm and a Strategic Executive Compensation Consultant to WealthPoint, LLC. Previously, she was the Human Capital Operating Partner & Chief Human Resources Officer for CCMP Capital Advisors, LP, the Chief Human Resources Officer & Partner at JPMorgan Partners, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Chase Capital Partners. Julie holds a BA in Psychology from Pace University, and a MA with Honors from The New School with Post Masters concentrations in Labor Relations, Compensation and Organizational Development. She also holds a PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, a SHRM-SCP certification, and a compensation committee certification. Julie serves on numerous advisory boards.
