Doug Campbell Bio

Doug Campbell joined Harvest in 2018. Before joining Harvest, he was a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group at Oaktree Capital, where he worked with management teams to accelerate value creation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Doug served in various operating roles, including as a CEO and COO, and was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on business turnaround and transformation. Doug began his career as a U.S. Marine Officer. He has a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
