As a Director in the Investor Solutions Group, Sunny is primarily responsible for managing client relationships and business development on behalf of Harrison Street’s global fund products. She is based in Seoul, South Korea, focusing primarily on Korean-based investors. She brings 12 years of industry experience to the Firm. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Sunny worked at Daishin Securities where she was responsible for debt placement and loan syndication for development projects across Korea. Previously, she served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at the National Pension Service of Korea (“NPS”), investing in and managing a portfolio of real estate investments across the US, Europe and Asia. Prior to NPS, Sunny worked at Savills Korea. Sunny received her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McMaster University in Canada. She holds the Real Estate Investment Manager and Advisor, Certified Investment Manager licenses from Korea Financial Investment Association.
