As Global Head of Investor Services, Penny leads the investor services function across the Investor Solutions Group, developing and implementing policies, procedures and best practices to optimize workflow and ensure the highest standards of client service. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Penny was Global Head of Investor Services at Hines, where she built and led a 25-person team supporting capital raising across regions and helped launch five global funds. Prior to Hines she led client servicing at Barings and held investment roles at AEW and The Grossman Companies. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
