Kate Davis Bio

As a Managing Director in the Portfolio Management group, Kate focuses exclusively on the Firm’s open-end core real estate fund. As Co-Senior Portfolio Manager, she works closely with the team to execute the fund’s strategy on behalf of investors. Prior to joining Harrison Street, she was President & Portfolio Manager at Broadstone Real Estate, where she was responsible for the launch and management of a diversified fund of real estate investments. Before that, she was Portfolio Manager and Head of Research and Operations at Resource America. Over her career, Kate has held a variety of roles in real estate and finance. Kate holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management. She is active in ULI, CREW and DCREC and is a committee member for The Goldie Initiative.
