Brian Mutchler Bio

Brian brings 26 years of industry experience to the Firm and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. As Head of Capital Markets, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s debt related activities at both the fund-level and property-level focusing on loan originations, negotiations, and executions as well as interest rate management, managing existing lender relationships and sourcing new relationships. Additionally, Brian is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and is the Chairman of the Firm’s Capital Markets Committee which is responsible for establishing and monitoring the firm’s financing strategies, policies and processes. Prior to leading Capital Markets, Brian was Head of Special Situations for the Firm for several years and previously served as Head of Operations as well as Co-Head of Asset Management. Brian received a BBA with a double-major in Real Estate Urban Land Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
