Varun Khandelwal joined HarbourVest in 2024 and focuses on sourcing, reviewing, executing, and monitoring direct co-investments. Varun comes with over 14 years of Private Equity investing experience across Asia. Prior to joining the Firm, Varun was a principal in growth investments at Premji Invest, responsible for direct investments and strategic primary investments. His prior experience includes direct investing roles at Creador, L Catterton Asia, and India Equity Partners. Varun is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He received a BA in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, India in 2005 and Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management in 2008
