Tom Rutter Bio

Tom Rutter joined HarbourVest’s investor relations team in 2020 focusing on coordinating, monitoring, and enhancing relationships with new and existing investment advisors and consultants. Tom joined the Firm from Allianz Global Investors, where he served as a director in the UK Institutional Business Development Team, focused on consultant relations and business development. Prior to that, he was an associate director at Hermes Investment Management and a senior associate at AllianceBernstein. Tom received a BA in Business Management (with honors) from Newcastle University in 2009. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is an executive committee member of the London CAIA Chapter.
