Rima Bansal Bio

Rima Bansal joined HarbourVest in 2022 to lead the Firm’s planning & analysis initiatives globally. Her responsibilities include all financial reporting and operational metrics for senior management and the board of directors to facilitate strategic and operational decision making. In addition, she helps lead HarbourVest’s annual and long-range planning processes. Rima was previously Vice President at Bain Capital, where she consolidated the firm’s overall business strategy with integrated financial planning and executive compensation programs. Prior to Bain Capital, she was at Advisen, where she built key financial and operating capabilities during the course of the firm’s first few years of rapid growth. Rima received a BA in International Business from Ohio Wesleyan University and is a CFA charterholder.
