Matthew Souza, CPA Bio

Matt Souza joined HarbourVest in 2005. He is involved in all aspects of HarbourVest’s secondary investment activities, including the analysis and monitoring of secondary transactions, portfolio construction, and allocation of investment opportunities. Matt joined HarbourVest from HLM Venture Partners, where he spent four years as a financial analyst and assistant controller. His prior experience also includes working as an auditor in Ernst & Young’s financial services group. Matt received a BS (cum laude) in Accounting from Boston College in 1997 and an MBA from Babson College in 2003.
