Javier Rodriguez Bio

Javier Rodriguez joined HarbourVest in 2023 as the Managing Director of Client Operations team and oversees the Client Experience, Portfolio Analytics, Performance Measurement, Fund Accounting, and Treasury teams and focuses on value-added services to clients to identify and implement opportunities for greater efficiency and scale. Prior to joining HarbourVest, he had a nearly 20-year career with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served in various roles throughout APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Most recently he was a Managing Director, and head of RIA Custody Operations and Client Experience. Javier received a BA in engineering from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, a Master of Science in engineering from Imperial College, and a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan.
