Jason Frigiani Bio

Jason Frigiani joined HarbourVest in 2007 as a corporate accounting manager. He manages a team of corporate accountants responsible for the global consolidated financial reporting of the Firm’s entities, including the annual budgeting process, as well as other corporate/owner matters. Jason also works closely with external auditors to manage the management company year-end audits. Jason joined HarbourVest from Arthur Andersen, where he was in public accounting. He has also held positions at Wellington Management Company and John Hancock Financial Services. Jason received a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Boston College.
