Bret Bowerman is a co-founder and Partner of Harbour Point Capital. Prior to forming Harbour Point Capital in 2015, Bret was an investment professional with Irving Place Capital for 8 years, most recently as a Principal focused on the healthcare sector. Prior to joining IPC in 2007, Bret worked as an investment professional for GoldenTree Asset Management, DB Capital Partners and an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston. Bret also served in a senior operating role of a private equity-backed portfolio company, as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Jenny Craig, Inc. Bret lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife and four children. He is on the Board of Directors of GiGi’s Playhouse and is a former Director of the National Down Syndrome Congress, both of which are national non-profit disability advocacy groups.
