David is a Director and Head of Leadership Strategy. He is responsible for supporting investee companies across their leadership and talent activity. Prior to joining Hanover in 2022, David spent 9 years at YSC, a leadership advisory firm, partnering with GPs to build and develop management teams that deliver value throughout the investment cycle. He is experienced in supporting GPs internally with Partner selection, DEI, hiring, leadership development, and deal team effectiveness. He is an ICF accredited Executive Coach. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, a GDIP in Psychology from UWL, and a BA in American Studies from Manchester University.
