Clay Brock Bio

Clay Brock joined Hadley Capital in 2004. Prior to joining Hadley Capital, he was a Principal at Corporate Financial Advisors and worked at Peterson Consulting and M&I Bank.Mr. Brock’s prior control investments include Cambridge Major Laboratories and NOVUM Structures. He has extensive experience with finding, negotiating and growing smaller companies, and he sits on the boards of directors of NOVUM Structures, SGA Production Staging and other firms. Mr. Brock has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Gettysburg College.
