Prior to the formation of Haddington, Mr. Strom served as President of TPC Corporation, which he co‑founded in 1984. While at TPC, Mr. Strom was initially responsible for building TPC’s natural gas marketing activities, which grew from zero in 1984 to over 500 million cubic feet per day at the time of PacifiCorp’s purchase in 1997. He also started the company’s gas gathering and gas storage businesses. While at TPC, he focused on a broad range of areas including sales, marketing, new project development, and commercial strategy. Prior to founding TPC, Mr. Strom served in increasing levels of responsibility in industrial sales, marketing and business development with Union Carbide Corporation (1975-1982), J.P.J. Industries, Inc. of Kingwood, Texas (1982-1983), and Fish Engineering and Construction, Inc., Houston, Texas (1983-1984).
