Ole joined H2 in January 2024, after having previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for over six years. Most recently, Ole was a Principal focussing on commercial excellence and large transformational programs at corporate clients. Ole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Systems and Control from the Delft University of Technology.
