Benson He Bio

Benson He, Managing Director of H&QAP, joined the Firm in 2011 and is responsible for PE/VC investment in Greater China and Bay Area California. Mr. He has involved in the investment of PhiSkin, One Inc., and EDI etc. Benson He also participates in the investment of Global Innovation Center infrastructure project and the development of the Global Innovation Center. In the meantime, Mr. He is also responsible for managing the portfolio companies and currently is on the board of PhiSkin and has helped and structured during the restructuring process of excavator business under Yuchai Group. Prior to joining H&QAP, Benson He has worked in the PwC Business Modelling and Valuation, JP Morgan IBD, and KPMG Corporate Finance, mainly focus on M&A transactions. Mr. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is now CFA chartered.
