Paolo Pardey Bio

Paolo is a Director on H.I.G.’s European Middle Market private equity team and is based in the London office. He focuses on investments across a range of industries and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process. Prior to joining H.I.G., Paolo worked at Corsair Capital, where he focused on a diverse range of investments in the technology, financial services, and business services sectors. He began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse. Paolo earned a Bachelor of International Economics, Management and Finance, summa cum laude, from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
