Markus Noe-Nordberg is a Managing Director and Head of the H.I.G. European Middle Market Fund. He has 30 years of experience in finance and leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a Partner and founding member of Pamplona Capital, where he led a number of successful investments. Prior to Pamplona, Markus was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and was co-head of the financial sponsors group in London. He started his career in mergers and acquisitions with Merrill Lynch in New York. Markus received his B.A. in Economics and an M.A., with honors, from Northwestern University.
