Jon is a Managing Director in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post-closing growth strategies. Prior to joining H.I.G., Jon was as a Principal at American Infrastructure Funds where he evaluated and executed middle market private equity investments in a variety of industries and served on the boards of a number of portfolio companies. Previously, Jon was a private equity associate at TPG Capital and an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Jon earned his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree in economics, cum laude, from Harvard University.
