Jeff Baldwin Bio

Jeff is a Principal in H.I.G.’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies. Jeff has over a decade of experience investing in and advising companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining H.I.G., Jeff worked at TCV, a technology-focused investment firm. He began his career in the investment banking division of Barclays. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
