Hamish is a Director on the European Business Development team. Based in the London office, he is focused on the origination of new private equity platform investment opportunities and on supporting portfolio companies around their buy-and-build strategies. Prior to joining H.I.G., Hamish spent six years at Skillcapital, an executive search and deal origination firm dedicated to the private equity industry. He served as a Principal across the London and New York offices, supporting Industrial investors around deal origination and portfolio company hiring. Hamish holds an M.A. in Risk and Security and a B.A. in Geography, both from Durham University.
