Gian Matteo Franzoia Bio

Gian Matteo Franzoia is a Director in H.I.G. Europe’s private equity team and is based in the Milan office, where he focuses on all aspects of the investment process including origination, deal structuring and execution, financing and post-closing organic and inorganic value creation initiatives. Gian Matteo has 5 of experience in a broad range of industries with particular focus on the industrial and ICT sectors. Prior to joining H.I.G., Gian Matteo worked for Bain & Company where he focused on supporting the design and implementation of strategic initiatives for international clients. Gian Matteo earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Science degree at Bocconi University.
