Arun firmly believes in the magic of value creation through collaboration, judicious capital allocation, and streamlined processes. With almost two decades of experience in finance and investment banking, Arun's journey includes a significant tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment banking division, where he helped Fortune 500 global industrial companies in attaining their strategic and financial objectives. His expertise extends to spearheading numerous intricate corporate transactions, spanning M&A, LBOs, cross-border deals, restructuring, and JV formations across diverse industries. Prior to BofA Merrill Lynch, Arun worked at TLcom Capital Partners, a Venture Capital firm focusing on growth stage technology investments in Europe and Israel, and at ABN AMRO Bank’s Financial Sponsors Group in London. Arun holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MS in computer science from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
