Molly Borowski Bio

Ms. Borowski assists with all aspects of Guardian’s investment activities, including due diligence and deal execution for new investment opportunities. Molly joined Guardian in 2021 and is also responsible for financial analysis, evaluating potential investments, and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition. Molly provides ongoing support for several Guardian portfolio companies and is on the board of Newair, PRS, and Nwestco. Prior to Guardian, Molly was at The Halifax Group where she evaluated and performed due diligence on new investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies’ strategic, operational, and inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to joining The Halifax Group, Molly was a member of the investment team at Argosy Private Equity where she was involved in all aspects of deal execution and ongoing investment support. Molly began her career in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. Molly earned a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with distinction.
