Janet Stott Bio

Ms. Stott is responsible for the finance and regulatory compliance functions at Guardian. Ms. Stott has served as Guardian’s CFO since 2008. Previously, Ms. Stott was CFO of TL Ventures and Penn Mezzanine, and CFO and CCO of Valley Forge Capital Management, L.P. Prior to that, Ms. Stott was a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP, working with its audit and assurance group. Ms. Stott earned her BS in accounting from Thomas Jefferson University.
