Damien Gresko Bio

Mr. Gresko is a partner of Guardian and leads new investment acquisitions and manages portfolio companies. Mr. Gresko joined Guardian in 2020 and is also responsible for leading financial analysis, evaluating potential investments, and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition. Mr. Gresko serves on the boards of Havis, ForgePoint Services, and LINX. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Gresko led a variety of strategic initiatives to deliver growth, cost savings, and capabilities for The Hershey Company. Previously, Mr. Gresko worked for Graham Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing businesses. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Mr. Gresko earned his MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his BSBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island, where he was a four-year letterman and two-time Academic All-American football player.
