Jeff joined GTCR in 2010 and is currently a Managing Director and the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Jeff manages various legal, regulatory and oversight aspects of GTCR’s activities and operations. Prior to joining GTCR, Jeff worked at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. Jeff holds a JD from the UCLA School of Law and a BSBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. Jeff also serves on the board of directors of Youth Guidance, one of Chicago’s oldest social service organizations, which provides school-based counseling to more than 14,000 at-risk students in Chicago.
