Aaron joined GTCR in 2003 and is currently a Managing Director of the firm. He previously worked at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Salomon Smith Barney. He holds a BS in accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Aaron is the Head of the Financial Services & Technology group at GTCR and currently is a Director of AssuredPartners, Cisive, itel and Worldpay. In addition, Aaron was previously a Director of past successful investments Callcredit Information Group, Fundtech, Ironshore, Optimal Blue, Paya, Premium Credit Limited, Protection 1 and RevSpring, and played an instrumental role in GTCR’s investments in Prestige Brands. Aaron is active in the community and serves on the board of Chicago Youth Programs. Chicago Youth Programs improves the life opportunities and health of at-risk children by offering tutoring, healthcare, recreational activities and career placement services that promote whole-child development.
