John joined Gryphon in 2021 as a Partner and Co-Leads the firm’s Junior Capital Team. He has over 30 years of junior capital investing experience as a founder of GoldPoint Partners (a subsidiary of NY Life) and the company’s former CEO. At GoldPoint, John oversaw and/or executed over 155 transactions totaling over $4.5 billion in junior capital investments.
