Pauline de Williencourt Bio

Pauline is responsible of managing HLD’s debt financing activities, working closely with HLD investment team. She is notably in charge of coordinating new acquisition financings, overseeing related activities for HLD’s buyouts and portfolio companies as well as developing the firm’s relationships with lenders. Prior to joining HLD, Pauline worked 13 years at Société Générale within the Leveraged Finance teams in Paris and New York. Pauline was involved in the origination and execution of bookrunner LBO deals across various industries including healthcare, industrials, IT and business services, retail and consumer goods and building materials.
